I was using scant 1 litre of UHT semi skimmed milk and two tablespoons of Tesco Value natural yoghurt straiight in the tub overnight but it was too runny. I have just tried scant 1 litre of semi skimmed UHT with two tablespoons of Yeo Valley Natural Yoghurt and I was rewarded with a slimy lumpy funny tasting mess.Unlike the kids who favour strawberry and raspberry flavored Petit Filous yogurts, I much prefer greek style, plain yogurt, especially mixed with a digestive biscuit or two, which isn’t entirely healthy but is utterly delicious should you fancy giving it a try. If they had the chance, our kids would live on yogurt. They eat at least two yogurts a day, which is fantastic in terms of calcium intake, but not so great when it comes to the amount of sugar they consume.
