We don't recommend fitting the NeoGrip into the official dock as the inside wall of the dock may get scratched. This is the third grip I have bought for the Nintendo switch oiled and have to say that out of all of them this is the most comfortable to use and also the most convenient as you do not have to remove it to dock your switch.
